Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Sapto, Kasmodiard and Partners is a Public Appraisal Office that operates in the field of professional appraisal in Indonesia. Our scope of business is Property and Business Valuation based on Minister of Finance Decree Number 42/KM.1/2011 dated January 31, 2011, with Public Appraisal Office License Number 2.11.0084.

Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Sapto, Kasmodiard and Partners are a synergy of Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Sapto Haji which was established based on Decree of the Minister of Finance Number 220/KM.1/2010 dated March 25, 2010 and Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Kasmodiard Panjaitan which was established based on Decree of the Minister of Finance Number 981/KM.1/2010 dated October 18, 2010.

With more than ten years of experience in property appraisal and business appraisal in Indonesia, we have the ability and commitment to provide the best appraisal services to our clients. Our appraisal team consists of specialist and experienced appraisers supported by professional staff who can handle various property appraisal tasks, business appraisals, business feasibility studies, and other related projects.
